Should the U.S. Eliminate Tuition for Public Colleges and Reform Student Loans?

There is no reason why students who have the intellectual ability should be denied a college education due to finances. A college education is required for most jobs yet we stop "free" education at the 12th grade which is setting up people to fall into a poverty cycle which they cannot escape.
