The executive branch has many other branches that it relies upon for its proper functioning! Holding the executive branch solely responsible for this type of action is asinine and down right foolish! Each branch has its purpose and further relies upon other departments and agencies to gather intel plan vital missions and scenarios all to be brought through various levels obtaining each levels of expertise, opinions, and evaluations so that the executive branch has the best information to make the decisions of what the best course of action is for the best interests of our Nation is as a whole!!!
