This is just insanity!!!! Yes every department in the government has waste and could likely use some trimming, but does anyone know what California used to look like before their strict laws or what new York used to look like??? Without a governing agency to stop business from doing what ever they please we will just have poisoned water and toxic air all. Business will trade it all for their profits.
