The question is about the vehicular terrorism not gun control. I do believe that all homeland security agencies should be talking to our government. (If you have a leaking faucet you not call a doctor!) The bottom line is all terrorism questions from our government should be directed towards the proper agency. Congress and other government agencies could discuss laws about parking lot ordinances. For example, the Oklahoma City bombing would not have been so devastating if there was not the ability to park right in front of the building with a truck sized bomb. It may sound silly but a simple ordinance change could save lives down the road.
