Some of the leagues top players, such as Aroldis Chapman, José Abreu, and Yoenis Céspedes, just to name a few, come from Cuba. These players tremendously help their the local economies of their home teams. The 20 Cubans in the MLB, and the countless minor leaguers, should not be punished for being born on a certain island.
