First, get rid of that silly parade. Next, that's an awful lot of money! Especially considering that you just gave massive tax cuts to anyone and everyone you thought would get you re-elected. We can not spend this kind of money when we do not have the income to support the expenditures. Cut this back by $1.3 trillion ( use your usual math skills) and give the budget a break.
