I find it interesting that the very Republican's who want to allow the individual States to make this type of determination for so many federal government regulations suddenly want to dictate whether workers have the right to opt out of Union membership. Right to work laws are already established at the state level. Why mess with something that the state's are already managing. It's a well known fact that unionized states have a better record of pay rates than "Right to Work" states. This is just a ploy to weaken worker's unions who are far more likely looking out for the workers rights, pay and benefits than "Right to Work" (company/business) friendly states.
