This is simply a Union busting bill and should not be advanced! If the employees are truly bad at their jobs and performing poorly, it shouldn’t be hard for management to make a just cause case to terminate the employee and make it stick. Their problem actually is that management wants to arbitrarily remove an employee with no just cause and they want to shrink the window in which the employee has to appeal said action. This administration is simply p!$$=d that they can’t just do like DJT did on his reality show and tell an employee, “You’re FIRED!” To put it bluntly, this bill is BULL$H!T!!
