Should the U.S. Ban Abortions After 20 Weeks Of Pregnancy (With Exceptions)?

Abortion after 20 weeks is incredibly rare and often done because the mother's life would be at risk if the pregnancy continued. Putting legal restrictions on someone's access to life saving medicine is not the way to end abortion.
