No throttling of any kind. Net neutrality opens the internet and should be maintained! Do not allow the big internet providers to give priority to paid content as that is one of the problems- we’ll all wind up paying for more and more small services that are currently free- like a blog. How does a blogger compete in a world where paid content gets priority? Its hard enough now with Google and FB’s bizarre algorithms. Just keep Net Neutrality! Dont give corporations more control over the internet!
