Government contractors must comply with equal opportunity employment (EEO) laws. Any proposed legislation, such as this one, that provides a giant loophole will lead to massive amounts of discrimination and law suits. For example, I could refuse to hire Christians to work in my factory that produces government office supplies because they don’t keep kosher and that violates my religious beliefs and a desire to maintain a kosher workplace.
