Should Congress Block the $3 Billion Sale of Helicopters & Missiles to Qatar?

If we’re going to sell weapons to the criminal Saudi regime and Israel than why would we not sell to Qatar? We should not be selling weapons and nuclear secrets to the corrupt Saudi criminal government or any other middle eastern country.
