Never underestimate the power of greed to overcome obstacles to success. I do not feel sorry for US businesses that claim that hey won't be able to expand fast enough should they forgo this tax break. Growing fast enough for them means expanding overseas and hiring lower paid workers. In the "Grand Scheme", are US companies not concerned with the diminishing ability of US workers to buy their products? Do they think they'll just find more foreign buyers? Why would we want to encourage a company's profits over allegiance to their own country? No borders, no countries, world ruled by corporations. Is this really the direction we want to encourage?
