Healthcare is an American right, and that's why it's the law you can't be turned away for life saving services. Health insurance on the other hand is an individuals choice or a states choice, like Massachusetts. Let states expand and try out programs before we push something onto all the American people. Our system isn't as cheap as the Europeans or Canadians, but look at the amazing developments we have made. A simple search on medial journal articles, where research is published, shows that the us publishes almost half of the new developments. That is a machine you don't want to upset, not with some big bill half the country will hate. Take it slow, try it out, and if it's better then let's do it, but odds are we might end up reducing the advancements in medicine and I'm already a recipient of American life saving medical innovation. And once a bill like this is implemented, and all the insurance companies close shop, the capital is gone, and the infrastructure is gone, and there is no going back even if the pain is a 10-☹️.
