Roger Diggle is working to stop partisan gerrymandering

Roger Diggle

I've hated the idea of Gerrymandering since I first heard about it in high school civics. If my home state hadn't undergone Gerrymandered redistricting, control of the legislature would probably have changed two years later. Four years later, we are still stuck with a corrupt government. But it doesn't matter which party does it - it hurts voters backing both parties. It creates "Safe Seats" that are difficult to pry incumbents out of, no matter which party they represent. This, in turn, promotes corruption. It's long past time to put this practice in the grave with its namesake.
