This is a very simple step for town governments to take to assist Native descendants with their birthrights. We are only asking to have access to our waters year round, this should not be a problem. Many other government employees & their families enjoy this privilege as well service volunteers.

When will treaty and patent rights be justly fulfilled. This is a step that local governments can take to show their true responsibilty to local Native American tax paying citizens, besides its already allowed in historic agreements for us to have access to water rights.
