Virginia is a young social entrepreneur whose passion is bridging the gap between women in Latin America. Born in Colombia and raised in Panama, Virginia has been very fortunate to participate in global leadership programs, conferences and fellowships that not only have given her the tools to start her own Non-Profit, Hecha y Derecha, but to form a network of other young women entrepreneurs around the world. Virginia holds a bachelor degree in International Relations from Florida State University and has experience in the UN, start-up social enterprises and banking. Currently, she is an Atlas Corps fellow in San Francisco, where she met some other awesome women and made the connections to make the Girl Rising Marathon happen!
