Impact partner: AIESEC Universidad Católica

AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences. AIESEC doesn’t discriminate upon, sex, religion, politics or any other issue.

AIESEC Universidad Católica in Peru’s got more than 100 members, all focused on living and creating leadership experiences through exchange. We send young girls and boys abroad to live international internships to develop their leadership potential. Locally, AIESEC Universidad Católica empowers NGOs, schools and orphanages through social projects carried by peruvian and international volunteers.

AIESEC’s projects have made a positive impact in hundreds of boys and girls in different parts of Lima. Our projects all have a gender approach, but still, AIESEC Universidad Católica would like to reinforce this and have a more direct impact in women empowerment. They are starting to design and put into motion a project of gender approach entrepreneurship. AIESEC believes that the responsible and entrepreneurial leadership it helps develop is the answer for peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential.
