As a survivor of a TBI I know that our brains are our hard drive. I also know what it feels like to go to sleep for a month and wake up completely unaware of where you have been. My head injury happened 12 years ago, and the recovery from that accident is still a part of my everyday life. The truth is, you couldn't offer me a million dollars CASH to go through that again. I have made the vow to always love my brain. I have also vowed to use the pain from my story to educate others to be conscious about their heads (and their kids heads). We only get one hard drive, and you want it to operate at it's peak level. Wear a helmet, protect yourself, and #loveyourbrain.
