    No one is above the law! Equal Justice under the law means just that. If we don't demand it in our government then the laws are mute. Obeying our laws is a duty and obligation of all of our citizens. Kellyanne Conway knowingly violated the Hatch Act on numerous occasions by disparaging Democratic presidential candidates while speaking in her official capacity during television interviews and on social media. She is not repentant and flaunts her violations of our laws. She is a repeat offender, knows what she is doing, seems to believe that she is above the law, and no doubt will continue to flaunt the law for personal gain. The law also serves to ensure that strong groups and individuals do not use their powerful positions in society to take unfair advantage of weaker individuals. The law permeates our lives, shaping both our behavior and our sense of right and wrong, often in ways in which we are not aware. As a civil society we must not allow this disregard for the rule of law to continue in our nation. Mrs. Conway should be fired and disciplined.
