What is done is done. We do not need to rehash 200 year old issues. Slavery was not just in the Americas it was all over the world. The worst part is country's were selling their own people into slavery. I realize that there is racism everywhere and until people calm down take a deep breath nothing can be done. I feel that throwing money at the issues is not the proper way to handle things. But then again that is the American way.
