I do not believe that there is any justification for a pardon for Paul manafort work and frankly for most of people that Trump is already pardoned. No one is above the law. People will argue that Paul manafort is old and he is sick however our prison systems have policies in place already to deal with people who are suffering because of illnesses. I think it's called humanitarian release. Let the system work the way it is supposed to. There are lots and lots of people in prison who have gotten unreasonably harsh sentences who should be pardoned. Paul manafort is not one of them. We need some judicial form of restructuring so that judges have a little less leeway and whether or not they're going to follow the recommended guidelines. And by a little I mean a lot.
