    I think Congress is giving up too much power to presidents if there aren't clear, defined limits to emergency powers. They can't just go on forever with no resolution or end, and they can't be declared for just any reason the president sees fit. It's Congress' responsibility to redefine this power and keep it in check for future emergencies or else we may have a president who uses this near-unlimited power to harm our country or others.
