There should be no such thing as a private prison or a private army. The act of depriving someone of their liberty should belong only to the Sate. The same with depriving someone of their life. There are certain duties you don’t hire out. Fix this and do your jobs and quit trying to hire it out so you can break the law and not have to answer to the voters.
