Who bans “hairstyles” anywhere in the age of casual dress codes? Only places I’ve ever seen hairstyle restrictions were in fields of food services, medical and law enforcement/public safety professions, though for very obvious safety reasons. But even food services allows for just about anything so long as it was netted/restrained while working. I think this is just more race-baiting identity politics being shoved in our faces because you can’t fix any of the real problems affecting society today. You’re ineffective at your jobs and are trying really hard to hide this fact.
