There should be options for these people to become citizens, but whether or not the people are eligible for them needs to go by an individual basis. If an individual is a good, descent people who have not done any thing seriously wrong then give them an option to become citizens and contribute to this nation by working, paying taxes, and getting involved in the community. If an individual has done some things seriously wrong, like child marriage, homicide, or weapons smuggling, then kick that individual out. This kind of problem needs solutions that focus on the individual's choices rather than making generalizations about a whole population.
