Though this bill may sound good on the surface, I have personality seen too many cases where people's opinion of "cruelty" extends to pretty much any interaction with an animal. Seriously, there are those who those who would use this bill to further their extremist agenda. We already have laws in all states pertaining to cruelty. Don't give leverage to those who seek to further misdirect our legislative process.
