Have you seen the coastline map for a ice free world? There’s a reason it is a FLORIDA Republican. It’s one of the first states we lose. My home state won’t be landlocked anymore and I own property near the new coast, so my property values will probably go up, but LOTS of people are totally F’d. Check your elevation.
