For the folks commenting... Your political bias and objectives seem as political as the situation you are addressing. Clearly, there are ramifications to this bill that will far exceed the current politics. How about positives and negatives of the bill, and what might be affected down the road. It might be truly interesting to root out in the silent subtext and ramifications of this/a bill, rather than the rhetoric. Of course you choose what you will present (may I say represent,) but an intellectual dialog serves us all on here... not the like/dislike of the moment.
