The majority of Americans don’t want to see an unsightly vanity wall. A wall, no matter what material, that will create a danger for wildlife, cutting off wildlife corridors and destroying important wildlife habitats. People will lose their land through eminent domain, and when it’s all done, we will have a hideous monstrosity that will be an ineffective scar and representation of what America means. Put our government employees back to work, and spend the wall funding on technology, personnel, and other critical areas like our crumbling infrastructure.
