There are other alternatives than collection agencies. Dont release transcripts to college until paid. Don't release diplomas to graduating seniors. Don't allow the students to participate in any extra curricular activities. The fees, not including lunches, public school students have to pay continues to rise. Allowing schools to hire collection agencies is a horrible practice and borders on unethical. It should not be allowed.
