With age comes wisdom, but at some point we all begin to decline. There should be an upper age limit to hold a public office-regardless of the branch-whether it's the Legislative, Executive, or Judicial. And lifetime appointments open too many possibilities for unchecked mental decline without an easy means of assessment and imposed retirement. Enact an upper age limit for elected office, and impose a time limit on justices, in lieu of lifetime appointments. Thank you for listening. Sincerely, Ben Walker
