Let’s leave appointing judges up to the rigorous protocol that the process of appointment entails. It’s not fair to advocate against people for evaluating the facts when their job is to evaluate the facts. Facts are facts, regardless of if you agree with them or not. You can’t just remove someone from office because you don’t agree with what they have established as fact. It’s their job to evaluate the evidence and make decisions. They’ve gone through years of law and vetting to get where they are.
