In regards to the recent vehicular homicide and assault that occurred in Charlottesville, VA -- Terrorism is defined by the U.S. government in Title 22 Chapter 38 U.S. Code § 2656f as "premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents." Our President's refusal to directly and specifically denounce any Neo-Nazi / white supremacist ideology is more than saddening -- it's increasingly an indication as to his true feelings on the topic of racially or politically motivated violence. This man is toxic and has been professionally and personally critical of both Kentucky senators -- McConnell and Paul. The people of America may align themselves with several Republican ideals, but President Trump is anathema to your agenda and repeatedly insinuates you gentlemen are fools with his blusterous tirades. As a Kentuckian who cast ballots for all three of my current legislators, have a backbone and denounce this sham of a President before he takes all of you down with him. Your political lives and the betterment of Commonwealth of Kentucky depend upon your actions.
