I am thrilled that the AHCA didn't pass, even if it failed for the wrong reasons. But, I am worried about President's Trump's threats to let "Obamacare" crash and burn. There are issues with the ACA, hardly anyone denies that. I would like to know if anything will be done to address those issues to improve health care access for Americans, or if Trump's threats mean there will no longer be any support or oversight of the ACA - meaning those problems will not get fixed? Speaking from a blue district, is there something Democrats can do to improve and protect the ACA from continued gutting legislation and withdrawal of support?
