    This year I left the Republican Party because I felt that actions such as this, rushing through a pre-determined Supreme Court confirmation as Americans are voting in the Presidential election while ignoring the financial suffering of a millions of Americans due to COVID-19, demonstrate just how bankrupt the Republican Party has become. Senate Republicans regularly violate their Oaths of Office, examples being the confirmation of Amy Coney Barrett and the Impeachment Trial of Donald J. Trump, by not being impartial and by making their decisions in advance of their hearing and/or seeing any of the evidence.
