The time is now, for police reform. Cutting and reallocating funds from police budgets for education, is dire. Let’s better educate the brave individuals that choose to enter the force by spending less money on artillery, brand new vehicles and handsome salaries, and use it for extensive training and mental health INSTEAD. Also, since police budgets are plentiful, we can afford to cut funds from police budgets to better supplement education budgets. Education is prevention.
