I mean, I'm sure some would mean it as a symbol of hate for him or all his wealthy friends...but otherwise, it's a worldwide call to wake up to systemic oppression and racism. I'm so sorry that the white supremacists like this "president" feel threatened by people crying for equality and respect and life, but he'll get over it. I wish we could ban this man from all forms of communication...he has nothing useful to say.
