    SCOTUS abortion ruling was more constructionist in that it found the precedent from a previous case ruling on a similar law in Texas (2016) was the same as the Louisiana law, and that only woman affected had the right to bring the case not healthcare workers who did. This case in no way addresses the underlying beliefs for or against abortion nor does it exclude future cases with different logistics from different groups if people. It just says no more cases of this type not raised by patients (who are by definition women).
