It’s impossible to use a single metric to capture my thoughts on these cases as even if I strip away any thought of impact to actual humanity and focus solely on the rule of law they are too distinct to be lumped together. The CFPB ruling is reckless especially in the light of a current executive that appears to have exactly 1 criteria for continued employment and that is complete and blind fealty to his whims. On the second matter in regard to abortion I concur with the majority and also find the dissenting language terrifying as it appears to show the thinking of the two basically illegitimate justices should a case ever make the docket challenging Roe v. Wade
