    I think that the chief of police should sign off on all reports that are released to the public regarding such deaths, and the chief of police and the officers involved should be fired if a report that is lacking so much information that one would think nothing went wrong, such as in Breonna Taylor‘s death, actually end up being released. of course, while the report looks like nothing went wrong, we all know it did, it went very wrong!
