    Not only is it outdated but police officers need to feel like the have a voice. If they see a fellow police officer do the wrong thing, they NEED TO STEP IN. Too many times officers just sat back and watched. I feel like a lot of them are afraid and they shouldn’t. Thats just one of the things that is outdated about the use of force. Officers need to force themselves and their fellow officers to stop abusing their power. It’s a different kind of “force” but it’s still force nonetheless.
