Lynching is PREMEDITATED MURDER otherwise known as 'Murder in the 1st degree'. In each state of our union the sentence for Murder in the 1st degree is either death or life in prison without parole. To me, calling out lynching among all the ways to murder is racist in and of itself. I highly doubt there individual Federal Laws stating any of the following is murder when the person dies: pushing someone off a cliff, firing a bullet, stabbing, poisoning, running over with a vehicle, starving them, etc. Lynching is PREMEDITATED MURDER - Enough said
