While two of the police were escorting Mr. Floyd to the cruiser, he fell to the ground when he stepped off the curb and that's when the moron (with 20 complaints of abuse against him) choked him to death.... They should also investigate the store owner for calling the police in the first place regarding the counterfeit money.
