I think that after a sensible amount of time and education and following of stats, we each hold a responsibility to controlling a second round with COVID-19. If you are irresponsible, that’s on you. Just remember, what goes around, comes around. The good scientist and first responders are the ones we owe a lot of gradatude to and follow accordingly. Remember that we have gone through a lot but what’s more important is that we’ve learned a lot too. We’ve learned that we don’t need to be spending as much money as we have been. We don’t need to be driving around as much as we have been (reports today how favorable air quality is better since we have hungered down). We have learned that our neighbors are as much our family as some family members. We’ve learned that no one is right all the time. But we each are right when it comes to taking care of one’s ow family. You don’t have a family? Find one in your local church or town’s food bank. Pay back and get involved.
