Congress, govt workers, first responders, and emergency services - ie: grocery and supplies and the like. But Let’s please talk about WHY there has to priority. The tests take very long to accurately get result. The FDA is working on jt as fast as they can. We should be sharing methods across the world working in tandem to get this going. THAT is the priority!
