Martha Stewart was jailed for insider trading and that was questionable. This is an elected official charged to serve and protect the citizens and uphold the rules of law of this nation caught unquestionably in the act. He absolutely should resign immediately, along with anyone else in office who did such things, AND face the legal consequences.
