Roger Stone’s light sentence & likely pardon is not as unrelated as it seems to the replacement of an intelligence head for briefing Congress in Russian interference in 2020 Primary & General elections! Or the pardon offer to Assange communicated by to Assange’s lawyer by former Rep Rohrabacher former chairman of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee at about the same time Rep Nunes, Minority leader of the House Intelligence Committee was running to Trump about the security briefing on Russian interference in 2020 elections and Ex-Nunes aid Kash Patel working for the newly appointed acting DNI by Trump! Remember Roger Stone is the person who co-founded the lobbying firm Black, Manafort, Stone and Kelly, played a major role in making Manafort campaign chairman, communicated with Russian Guccifer 2.0 and Julian Assange on Russian interference in 2016. Nor is it unrelated to fracking as Rex Tillerson of Exxon which missed out on fracking in the US tapped into Russian oil in Siberia & the Arctic but Obama’s Russian sanctions halted this work till Trump became President & Rex Tillerson became Secretary of State. The links below provide summary level information but Rachel Maddow’s book, “Blowout” provides far more details as well as source material from government publications and global news. Maddow also makes a strong case that global warming actually helps Russian oil & gas exploration & development and mining in the Arctic by lengthening the good weather season.
