Trump runs on a philosophy of excess spending then using bankruptcy laws to eliminate the outstanding debt. That’s how he has historically run his business and how he views government spending as well. And while it does not and should not be that way, not in the private sector nor in the public sector, I do not see Trump changing his approach to “fiscal” behavior.
