    This is a really bad understanding of his point. He’s not saying Trump is an all powerful king, he’s saying that the constitution gives the ELECTED official known as president control over select areas of political power for the duration of his/her time in office. His comparison is that during the times of kings, that wasn’t really how it worked. The separation of powers in the US constitution is there for a good reason.
